WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This workshop is designed to help organizations in the trades build a highly accountable, self-motivated workforce. We focus on moving beyond compliance—where employees do what they have to do—toward commitment, where team members are truly engaged, motivated, and accountable for their work.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Participants will learn to provide feedback in a way that will:

  • Train and retain skilled employees, cultivating a workforce that is committed, capable, and self-directed.
  • Foster self-motivation and accountability within teams, encouraging ownership and initiative.
  • Build a culture of commitment over compliance, where employees want to perform, not just follow instructions.
  • Apply actionable tools and feedback techniques that enhance performance and collaboration.

By the end of the workshop, leaders, managers and foremen will be equipped to unlock engagement, inspire accountability, and sustain a motivated team that drives results.

AUDIENCE & GROUP SIZE

Designed for all leaders, managers foremen in Manufacturing, Construction and Trades who desire results and who want to make a difference in their workplace, Fueled by Feedback for Leaders in Trades is a one-day workshop. We recommend a group size of 6 – 20 participants. This instructor-led, in-person workshop will ensure participants receive hands-on training with real-life applications.

WORKSHOP MATERIALS

Each participant is provided a workbook with reference materials. Each participant also creates additional materials, personalized to his or her own workplace situation. The combination of these two elements creates a manual that is used throughout the year.

LOGISTICS
Time: 7:30 am – 2:30 PM to accommodate the schedule of those in manufacturing, construction and trades.
Meals Provided: A full breakfast and lunch with be provided for participants on this workshop.
