Anti-Racism Policy

Dave Jones Consultants is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and equitable environment where racism and discrimination are not tolerated in our training rooms (in-person or virtual) or our workplace.

Policy

1. Zero Tolerance for Racism
   Racism, discrimination, and harassment based on race or ethnicity are strictly prohibited in our training rooms and our workplace.

2. Commitment to Inclusion
   We value diversity and will ensure everyone feels respected and supported, regardless of their background.

3. Reporting and Accountability
   All incidents of racism should be reported and will be addressed promptly.
